The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Caffeinated Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news. A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.
Even though this post is labeled #1 - I used to do this meme when I blogged before. I spent 2 years doing this thing that I love so much and then life kinda of decided I didn't need to do it anymore. I feel like I am in a better place and can dedicated time to something I love. If you checked my blog this week - you will see that I missed a few days towards the end of the week. My father actually ended up in the hospital from a stroke. I kind of went into auto-pilot for awhile there, but have since gotten the news that he will recover very well! It's still scary and he has a long road ahead - but positive thoughts all around! Aside from that, it was a pretty okay week! I slacked on my resolution to post daily - but I figure given the circumstances, I can cut myself a little break :)

ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear about your father, but glad he's going to be okay! Best wishes for a quick recovery!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the Laughter quote. :)
I'm sorry to hear about your dad. I've worked with stroke survivors in the past and the key is consistent exercise that retrains the brain and muscles. He will need a lot of support. Hope you have a great week.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, sorry to hear about your father! Hope he is doing better soon.
